Anika Noni is a singer and performer from the United States. The most famous role she has played is Tiana, Disney's first African American princess. Disney Legend was bestowed upon her in the year 2011. Rose is best known for her character Lorrell Robinson, the character from Dreamgirls. Anika Noni Rose (born on the 6th September 1973) is an American performer and singer. Her most well-known role was her performance as Tiana, the Disney Princess. She is one of the very first African American Princess in The Princess and the Frog (2009). Disney Legend was bestowed upon her in 2011. She was also recognized for her role as a character in Dreamgirls (2006) that earned an Academy Award for Best Picture. On the Starz show Power she was the character LaVerne Jukebox Ganner. She is also known for her performance in the theatre, particularly in her leading roles as Emmie Thibodeaux in Caroline or Change, the Broadway performance of Caroline or Change (2004) where she received the Tony Award for Best Featured actor in a Musical. Also, she starred as Beneatha Younger in The Broadway adaptation of A Raisin in the Sun (2014) for which she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured actor in a Musical.

Pivarnick was a popular American famous reality TV star after she was asked to join the prestigious crew of M.T.V.'s Award-winning. Jersey Shore, for season one or two of the show which aired in 2010 and had handful of episodes. She joined several reality TV programs following Jersey Shore, such as Couples Therapy and Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
